　　JK-Ⅲ型切削粉简介

　　一、产品特点：

　　1本品为袋装固体切削液，储存、运输方便。

　　2具有良好的润滑，冷却，防锈、清洗性能，由于其优良的润滑性能，可用于重力切削和强力磨削，显著提高加工精度。

　　3在延长刀具寿命上表现出色，稀释液使用寿命长、抗杂油污染、不易变质发臭，是传统乳化油的升级替代产品。

　　4对不同水质有较强的适应性。

　　5使用方便：自来水常温稀释即可。

　　二、适用范围：

　　广泛用于车、钻、刨、磨、锯及数控机床等多种切削、磨削加工；适合于铸铁、碳钢等材料的加工。

　　三、使用方法：

　　用本品与自来水按1：40(质量比)的稀释比例配比溶解后即可使用。
