企业图腾塑造之四部曲

“你说现在狮子、狼、鹰这些动物都被很多企业用来做自己的企业象征，那我们要独树一帜，岂不是要用什么老鼠、蛇之类了？”

企业图腾的选择和建设要求企业家或者企业老总具备独特的商业智慧，洞悉企业发展。

内在规律，并能够形成自己独特的表述。否则，人云亦云，不求甚解，追求形式，只能落入“附庸风雅、邯郸学步”的可笑境地，企业也不可能真正建立让员工信仰并膜拜的图腾。

塑佛尚需金粉。那么如何寻找并塑造自己的图腾并形成独特的企业文化呢？笔者认为需从以下几个方面入手。

首先，需要寻找一种动物或者植物，并结合企业家自身个性，深刻挖掘两者的相通之处，对其进行深刻表述。

图腾必然离不开动物、植物、山峦或者某种神话形象，有企业家把“大象文化”和“雪莲品格”用来描述自己的企业文化，推崇大象的“诚信、实力、稳健、敏锐、团队与和谐共生”的品质，以及雪莲“洁身自爱、坚韧不拔、奋发向上”的品格。也有华为的任正非之“狼 性文化”表述，要求员工像狼一样执着、合作、目标明确，更有七匹狼（19.48，0.63，3.34%）服饰把狼与男人联系起来，创造出鲜活的企业图腾形象。

其次，企业图腾必须具备三个要素：精神、载体和传播渠道。

核心精神任何一种图腾崇拜都必然有一种核心精神，中华民族用龙象征皇权、尊贵，所以中国人喜欢龙；日本人的樱花、富士山代表了日本文化，既有阴柔的一面，又有刚强的一面；白沙集团用“和、白鹤”代表企业的信仰，追求中庸和谐的企业境界；七匹狼用狼的形象塑造了自己野性与执着的休闲品牌形象。不管是国家的、民族的还是企业的图腾形象，必然要有一种核心的精神。

精神载体 麦当劳大叔、肯德基上校、迪斯尼米老鼠，这些经典的形象已经上升为一种企业图腾，他们代表了企业的一种精神与追求，并且深入人心。从这个角度来说，企业都需要根据自己所要表达的企业精神，寻找适合自己的图腾代表。

传播渠道好的图腾但没有得到员工和大众的“崇拜”，也就失去了存在的价值。华为的总裁任正非向自己的员工写过不少文章，比如《华为的冬天》、《北国之春》等，用自己独特的思维方式深刻地揭示了华为公司发展的精神支柱和必须具备强烈的危机意识。前不久由于华为公司的一个员工“过劳死”，社会各界纷纷对华为公司的所谓“狼性文化”表示了质疑，但华为公司并没有因此放弃“狼性文化”，因为一个敢于走向西方市场的中国企业，没有狼的精神和毅力是不可能成功的，任正非坚决地表达出自己对“狼文化”的崇拜。图腾信仰的传播渠道有很多，关键的是企业老总自己要深刻理解企业图腾，自己本身就深信不疑，并加以传播。

第三，企业家要明白，企业图腾是一种信仰，需要不断强化和传播。

老实说，在企业建立一种信仰很难，虽然很多企业家都希望如此。信仰要求不仅要“信”，坚决地相信，还要“仰”，怀着一种神圣的心去景仰，成为一种超越物质的精神追求。企业信仰不可能与宗教信仰相比，其结果也差别甚大。一个经过宗教洗礼的人，是笃信“神”的存在的，以信仰作为自己的行动标准，他能够得到一个承诺，那就是“神的保佑”和“进入天堂”——这是宗教信徒们的终极目标，请问企业可能为员工描述这样的一个目标吗？既然不能，那企业家们就要客观地对待企业信仰和企业图腾，不要抱有不切实际的想法。当然，一个企业离信仰越近，其凝聚力就越强，行动力就越大。

讲故事对于企业家来说，似乎是一种不错的布道方法。蒙牛的标志是“草原上升起的月亮”，蒙牛的诞生是一个神话。当蒙牛刚诞生的时候，为了与身边的竞争对手友好相处，牛根生反复说，我们要做草原上的月亮，太阳最大，月亮第二。我们不做第一，我们不要去与别人争强斗胜，我们要光明磊落、认真做事，所以他说“太阳光大，父母恩大”。我们很难把月亮作为一种图腾与蒙牛或者牛根生联系起来。我们感觉，牛根生把草原作为企业的一种图腾，以草原象征了蒙牛博大、正直的胸怀。

牛根生像一头草原的雄狮，不断强化和传播蒙牛的精神信仰。他在演讲的时候，喜欢以非洲大草原“狮子与羚羊的故事”做比喻。他说，在非洲的大草原上，每天早晨，狮子醒来后的第一件事，就是想：我今天必须跑得比最慢的羚羊要快；而此时此刻羚羊想的是，我必须跑得比最快的狮子还要快。这是动物界的生存法则，牛根生把它移植到企业里来，很形象地揭示了自己为什么要追求发展速度，他还由此创造出企业发展的宇宙速度，认为高速发展的企业如同上升中的宇宙飞船，如果没有一定的速度就脱离不了地球引力，必然坠毁。

第四，企业图腾其实完全可以超越动植物的概念，转向更抽象的管理方法和模式。

企业图腾有时并不是一种图形，也可能是一种精神或者管理模式，这在西方的企业里面很常见。比如著名的惠普之道，已经上升为一种企业图腾的概念，其核心就是“以人为本、创造价值”。杰克。韦尔奇把“数一数二”、“无边界管理”这些思想上升到企业信仰的高度，成为公司做人做事的基本准则。

企业图腾，实质上是一种企业更高层次的追求，是企业希望建立自己的信仰。如同很多人都拜佛一样，有的人很慷慨，烧高香、虔诚地叩首，可却忘记了“行善积德”才是信佛的真正方式，烧香拜佛也都是形式而已。佛家讲觉悟，恐怕这也是修行的不同境界吧，没有上升到一定境界的企业家是无法建立所谓企业的图腾的。

最后给各位企业家的一句忠告就是：如果你信，不要在于形式，而是问问你的内心，你能否言行一致、以身作则？
